Login credentials are valid for 24 hours. After this period, you will need to log in again to access the platform
If you're asked to login again when using the platform, this is because we're keeping your data secured. After 24 hours, your session automatically expires to protect your data and account security. This prevents unauthorized access in case you forget to log out, leave your computer unattended, or use a shared device.
By requiring you to log in again, the platform ensures that only authorized users can access sensitive sustainability data.
