Is my data secure?

Data security is key to Tracera. That's why we have implemented several mechanisms to keep your data secure:

• The platform can only be accessed through an invitation link.
• Each user has private access to the sites that they're responsible for, meaning that only Supervisors can see all the existing data on the platform. If you want to know more about data visualization, please check this article: Who can see my data or files?
• After logging-in, sessions automatically expire after 24 hours to protect data and account security. This prevents unauthorized access in case users forget to log out, leave computers unattended, or use a shared device.
• Data downloaded from the platform comes as a zipped folder to make the files more secure, compact, and easier to manage. Zipping adds a layer of protection, helping prevent accidental corruption during transfer.
• Additionally, Tracera holds SOC-2 and ISO 27001 Certificates and is GDPR compliant.
