I can't see the data I'm looking for. What do I do?

Adjust filters to check if your data was uploaded properly

If you cannot locate data, you uploaded:

  1. Navigate to the Jobs tab and first ensure the file was “Processed” and that there was not an “Error.”
  2. Once confirmed that the file was uploaded, navigate to the Documents, Upload page
  3. Make sure to select clear filters if filters have been selected
  4. Once filters are cleared, readjust filters to search for the document.
  5. If the document still does not appear send a video or screenshots of the step-by- process, you took to locate the document and send to the Tracera team
