I can't see the data I'm looking for. What do I do?
Adjust filters to check if your data was uploaded properly
If you cannot locate data, you uploaded:
- Navigate to the Jobs tab and first ensure the file was “Processed” and that there was not an “Error.”
- Once confirmed that the file was uploaded, navigate to the Documents, Upload page
- Make sure to select clear filters if filters have been selected
- Once filters are cleared, readjust filters to search for the document.
- If the document still does not appear send a video or screenshots of the step-by- process, you took to locate the document and send to the Tracera team
