I can't see the data I'm looking for. What do I do?

Check if your data is available on the platform and apply filters to it

If you're having trouble viewing your data on the platform, please follow these next steps:

  • Check if your data is properly uploaded and present on the platform.
  • Apply specific filters to adjust your viewing. To filter, you will find two options:
    1. Select preset filters from the drop-down menu available on the platform's key pages (Document Upload Page or Bill Entries Page).
    2. Search data using the three-dot menu next to the titles available on all the platform's pages.

Always select "Search" or "Search All" after choosing a filtering option.
