The pre-uploaded ratings are incorrect. How can I upload a new rating?

Go to Supplier Portal Home Page > Ratings section > Click Upload New Rating. You can select the ratings that are applicable to you and remove the incorrect rating by selecting delete.

If the pre-uploaded ratings are incorrect, you can upload a new rating and remove the incorrect one directly from the Supplier Portal.

Follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Supplier Portal Home Page.

  2. Navigate to the Ratings section.

  3. Click Upload New Rating.

  4. Select the ratings that are applicable to your organization.

  5. If a rating is incorrect, you can delete it by selecting the delete option.

This allows you to keep your ratings up to date and ensure the correct information is reflected in the portal.
