The AI is not reading my bills properly. What do I do?
Check if the bill is clear and complete, with visible numbers > Reupload file. If the issue persists > Ask for Support
If the AI is not extracting data from an invoice correctly, first confirm that the information on the invoice is clearly visible and can be detected.
- Navigate to the Documents tab.
- Select Upload.
- Choose the invoice that shows low AI extraction.
- Review the bill to ensure that key data points—such as usage, billing period, and dates—are clearly displayed.
If the information appears visible, reupload the bill:
- Return to the Uploads page.
- Select Upload Data and upload the document again.
