The AI is not reading my bills properly. What do I do?

Check if the bill is clear and complete, with visible numbers > Reupload file. If the issue persists > Ask for Support

If the AI is not extracting data from an invoice correctly, first confirm that the information on the invoice is clearly visible and can be detected.

  1. Navigate to the Documents tab.
  2. Select Upload.
  3. Choose the invoice that shows low AI extraction.
  4. Review the bill to ensure that key data points—such as usage, billing period, and dates—are clearly displayed.

If the information appears visible, reupload the bill:

  • Return to the Uploads page.
  • Select Upload Data and upload the document again.
