My invitation link won't work. What do I do? 

Invite links expire in 7 days — request a new one at support@tracera.com

If your original Tracera invitation link isn’t working, it has likely expired. Invitation links must be accessed within 7 days for security purposes.

If it has been more than 7 days and your link has expired, you will need a new invitation. Please reach out to support@tracera.com and include your name, email, and company name in your message.

You will then receive a new link that must be accessed within 7 days to set your password. Once created, be sure to save your password — you’ll use it for all future logins.
