My files won’t upload. What do I do?
Review the document format > Go to Jobs page to get a detail error description > Correct or convert file > Reupload. If the issue persists > Ask for support
If your files will not upload:
- Navigate to the Jobs page
- Find the document you uploaded and note if there is an “Error”
- Select “View Details” under the Actions column for that file
- This will explain the Error
- Resolve the error and reupload the document
- If the issue persists reach out to Tracera team
