My files won’t upload. What do I do?

Upload issues can be diagnosed either by reviewing error details on the Jobs page or by using the built-in Error Status checks in the Scope 3 Data Collection Workbook. If you cannot determine the issue on your file upload, please reach out to the Tracera team via the Support button.

If your files fail to upload, you can troubleshoot issues in two primary ways. The Jobs page provides visibility into upload errors, where entries marked with an Error status can be reviewed by clicking View Details for more information on the specific issue encountered.

In parallel, the Scope 3 Data Collection Workbook includes built-in checks to help identify issues before upload. Within each category template, the **Error Status**column (Column A) highlights data completeness or formatting issues in the templatized data prior to export.
