I'm having issues with uploading Excel data. What do I do?

If you are having issues with uploading Excel data:

1. Confirm the excel file is formatted to the Tracera template
2. Confirm the excel file is saved as a csv
3. You can also navigate to Jobs page
   1. Locate the uploaded document and select “View Details”
      1. This will explain the error in the document
4. Reformat and reupload the document.
5. For further questions on how to upload excel documents refer to the “ESG-Flo Data Upload Templates” file
   1. This can be found in the Resources tab > Files > Templates
