I uploaded data but the system flags anomalies. What do I do?

Review your data > Click on red flags > Correct values if necessary > Save and Confirm

he Tracera Platform automatically flags data for a variety of reasons to maintain accuracy and integrity:

  1. Anomaly Detection: Thresholds are configured within the platform to identify irregularities in data. For example, if a 10% threshold is applied, the AI will flag records where energy consumption deviates by more than 10% from the historical average.
  2. Duplicate Detection: The AI flags instances where duplicate files or data entries are identified.
  3. Missing Data: The AI flags datasets that contain incomplete or missing information.

If a warning appears next to an invoice:

  1. Open the invoice
  2. Select “Invoice Data”
  3. There will be a red box at the bottom of the invoice explaining the issue
  4. Correct the flagged issue if necessary
  5. You can also override the AI and select “Confirm Data” if there are no errors
