I deleted data by mistake. What do I do?

If you accidentally delete data, you have two options:

  1. Re-upload the data if you still have the original files.
  2. Contact Tracera support by emailing support@tracera.com. Please include your name, email, company name, and any relevant details about the account or deleted data to help our team locate it quickly.

Tracera uses a soft-delete system, meaning deleted documents are not permanently removed but moved to a temporary “deleted” state. This allows us to restore accidentally deleted files, adding an extra layer of data protection and reducing the risk of permanent data loss.
