I can't edit my data. What do I do?
The data may be signed off or locked > Contact support@tracera.com to request temporary reopening.
If you are unable to edit certain data, it is possible that the data has been “Signed-Off” or “Locked” and can not be changed.
To enable access to edit data, reach out to your manager for sustainability data and request that the data be unlocked.
