I can't edit my data. What do I do?

The data may be signed off or locked > Contact support@tracera.com to request temporary reopening.

If you are unable to edit certain data, it is possible that the data has been locked and therefore cannot be change. To enable access to edit data, reach out to the person who added you to the site and request that the data be unlocked. You can also reach out to the Tracera team. When request that the data be unlocked, send screenshots of the locked data and the time period it has been locked for.
