How do I upload a PDF document to Tracera?

Navigate to the Document > Upload Page & Click Upload > PDF

Other notes:

  • There is no max to the number of PDF documents you can upload at one time. 
  • You can upload documents for various locations, utility types, dates, etc., at one time. 
  • The more documents you upload in one click, the more time you will need to give the AI to extract out all of the information. 
  • If you see consistent errors with the data that the AI is extracting, please reach out to support@tracera.com 
    • Keep in mind that the AI is not at 100%, so there are some invoice templates where the AI will perform with lower accuracy if the PDF is a scan of lower quality, there is handwriting on the invoice, or if the invoice is more complicated by nature of it's layout.
