How can I request improvements to AI invoice extraction accuracy?
If you notice that the AI extraction accuracy is low, or believe the model would benefit from additional training on a specific invoice, you can request an update.
Requesting AI Model Improvements for Invoice Processing
If you notice that the AI extraction accuracy is 20% or lower, or believe the model would benefit from additional training on a specific invoice, you can request an update.
To do so:
- Notify your Sustainability Manager, or
- Contact Tracera Support at support@tracera.com
When submitting a request, please include:
- A brief description of the issue
- Links to the relevant invoices in the platform (if available)
What to Expect
AI model updates are typically completed within 24 hours or less. Improvements will be reflected in future invoices uploaded to the platform.
